Octapus Solution is a small software company in Dhanmondi. We build and run attendance, payroll and ERP systems for garment, textile and accessories factories in Bangladesh.
Most software sold to factories here was written for an office somewhere else and then translated. It stops at the browser: the fingerprint reader at the gate, the loom, the scanner on the packing line are somebody else's problem, and the month ends with somebody retyping numbers into a spreadsheet.
We started with that gap. Octa Punch takes punches straight from ZKTeco devices and turns them into approved salary sheets and bilingual pay slips. Trimflow runs a label and trims factory from inquiry to invoice, with every roll and carton lot-tracked and the GRS and FSC reconciliation a report rather than a week of archaeology. Metrix ERP, now in development, joins the two into one system for a whole garments group — from yarn to export carton — and collects what the EU Digital Product Passport will ask for as the order moves.
Everything is in English and বাংলা, priced per factory, and supported by the engineers who wrote it.

Setup on your floor
Devices installed and connected, your data migrated, your rules configured, your staff trained at their own desks and stations.
Run and support
Hosted by us or installed on your server. Backups, updates and monitoring are ours. The person who answers your call is the person who built it.
Where we are
An office in Dhanmondi, and most weeks a day on a factory floor somewhere between Gazipur and Narayanganj. Visits are welcome; a message first means someone is in.
