These terms govern your use of the Octapus Solution website. Our software products are governed by the separate agreement signed with the business that licenses them — where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Using this site
You may read this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content. We may block access that does any of those things.
What is on this site
The text, design, logo and product names here belong to us. You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not republish it as your own, or use our name and marks in a way that suggests we endorse or supply something we do not.
Product information and pricing
Product descriptions on this site tell you what our software does today; features change as we build. Pricing shown as "custom" means exactly that — a quoted price depends on headcount and scope, and nothing on this site is a binding offer. A price becomes binding when it is in a written quote or contract from us.
Enquiries are not contracts
Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create an agreement, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to anything until we both sign one.
Availability
We keep this site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove pages without notice. Service commitments for our products — uptime, support response, backups — live in the product agreement, not here.
Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, including decisions made on the basis of information here that has since changed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it does with your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
