Merchandising runs in spreadsheets, production on paper, accounts in one package and payroll in another. Every hand-off between them loses time and data: order status is a phone call, stock is known at month end, costing is estimated once and never checked, and export documents are typed again for every shipment. The Digital Product Passport will ask for data nobody is collecting.

Metrix ERP is being built for garment groups that run merchandising in spreadsheets, production on paper, accounts in one package and payroll in another. Every hand-off between those loses time and data. One system removes the hand-offs: the mill and the label unit see garment demand the moment an order is booked, the floor reports hourly output per line, and export documents are generated from the order, LC and packing data instead of being typed again for every shipment.
It covers fourteen business areas — six manufacturing divisions (garments, textile, accessories, wash/print/embroidery, testing laboratory, retail) and eight shared services (procurement and stores, commercial and LC, group finance, HR and payroll, planning and industrial engineering, plant and sustainability, quality and compliance, management reporting). More than half of that scope builds on software already running in our other products: Trimflow's procurement, stores, costing and lab modules, and Octa Punch's attendance and payroll.
Every style carries the data the EU Digital Product Passport will ask for — fibre composition, certified inputs, chemical and water records, factory of origin — collected as the order moves rather than assembled by hand when a buyer or auditor asks. Roll-out is planned in waves: one sewing unit first, then the group.

Wash recipes and machine loads, strike-off approval, screens as tools, stitch-count costing and capacity, panels out and back reconciled by bundle.

Operation library and SMV import, line balancing and skill matrix, capacity booking across factories, ship-date risk on the live order book.
Procurement & Stores
